Several years ago I completed yoga teacher training. There were many meaningful exercises throughout that included things like eye gazing and breathing with hands on hearts. 

Lovely, but I have to tell you: I didn’t feel a thing. 

Shortly after that I flew to NYC to celebrate a friend’s book launch on the history of leopard print.  As I teetered down the cobblestones of Crosby Street towards in my stilettos, I saw a group of fellow leopard clad souls congregating outside the bookshop. “This is a night I will never forget” I thought, and my heart cracked wide open.
