Do you ever feel pelted with questions like these  from inside your own head?

Is it my fear of intuition telling me not to do this?

Is this real craving or is it just addiction?

Should I jump and the net will appear or should I be more practical?

These are all beautiful, deep, important questions, and when asked with gentle curiosity, can be quite useful.

But when they are spoken in the tone of sweaty, urgent desperation, and followed by total paralysis? Less useful.

My favorite line from the Mary Oliver’s poem The Journey is:

there was a new voice

which you slowly

recognized as your own

Today’s episode is devoted to just that: helping you hear, know, and trust the voice that is your own, which speaks through the wisdom of your body.

You’ll hear gems on:

  • Why trusting your body can be so hard sometimes, and ways to reclaim that connection

  • How to be steward for your body so that it will feels safe to tell you the truth

  • How to be more literate with your inner voice, and distinguish outer conditioning from inner truth

  • How to awaken the voice of your desire and invite your instincts to come alive

I can’t wait to share these gems with you.  Click here to listen in.

Lusciously,

Mary
