Growing up, I lived for afternoons of folding laundry with my Mom and Grandma while we watched the soap opera Days of Our Lives.

There was tumultuous romance, unexpected loss, wild passion - I was riveted.

How this imprint affected my human relationships is a story for another day.

The relationship I’m focusing on today, one of the most dramatic of my life, is my relationship with exercise.

There have been many doors slammed between us, followed by obsessively passionate reunions, and other variations on the dance of come here/go away.

I know I’m not alone in this. Almost every client I work with wants to improve their relationship with movement, and believes they have layer upon layer of “resistance” to fight through.

But if you’re like me, you’re tired of fighting anything.

Instead of drama, you yearn for simple, quiet desire when it comes to caring for yourself through movement.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing four key gems from my own collection to help you do just that.

Listen in, and let’s get physical.

With love,
Mary
