For years I turned up my nose at mindset training.

I perceived it to be a practice that was disembodied, and reeking of toxic positivity, appealing to a self centered populous of wannabe millionaires.

Well, they say that what we resist the hardest is where our power is.

So I’m happy to say, I was wrong. :)

I’ve learned that in a world that favors fear and negativity as an institutionalized strategy to dominate and control, mindset training is not only a good thing, it is an imperative.

Is it a way to get more of what you desire? Sure. But it is also a way to fight oppressive systems that feed off of you feeling like you’re not enough.
