How massage changed my LIFE

Hi! I’m Mary Lofgren. I’m the founder of the School of Sensual Living, a place for women to practice mindfulness through beauty, femininity and everyday sensuality.

When I was 18 years old I became a licensed spa therapist. I had no idea how this would change my life. My whole life I had felt like a floating head, doing anything I could to keep from having to be in my own body. Learning the art of therapeutic massage healed decades of trauma around touch. It showed me how to center and ground into myself in a way that traditional meditation hadn’t come close to.

Several years later, I began teaching the art of self massage at my retreats, and I saw women’s lives change as a result of this healing tool. No one ever teaches us how to touch our own bodies in an artful way. In this course you’ll learn step-by-step how to connect with your body in an intimate, loving, caring way, and offer yourself a relaxing, meditative experience any time you desire.
